In 2023 it grew into the National Hemp Grow-Off across all 50 US states. We are now bringing this original exclusively to Germany — built for the CSC landscape under the German cannabis act (KCanG).

Who can take part?+
Only licensed cultivation associations (CSCs). One team per club, up to three named cultivators.
What does participation cost?+
Nothing. The first edition is free for participating clubs — funded by sponsors.
Is the clone handover legally compliant?+
Yes, compliant with the German cannabis act (KCanG). Propagation material may be passed between clubs; we additionally secure the process legally.
What data do we have to provide?+
Only the intake form and the harvest sample are mandatory. Grow logs and further data are optional.
Does the highest THC simply win?+
No. Scoring is based on total cannabinoids and total terpenes. We deliberately choose a moderate strain.
Is it the same as in the US?+
Same idea, same method. The Grow-Off Germany is the official German edition of the original.
